1、 According to the type of wiring, there are two commonly used types of solenoid valve wiring: lead type and junction box type. The principle is the same. The lead type actually unplugs the plug of the junction box and connects a power cord from inside the coil to create an integrated type;
1. Lead type; Commonly used for waterproof and explosion-proof (explosion-proof) types, the advantage is that the leads can be directly connected to the control system, but the disadvantage is that if the control system is far apart, additional wiring needs to be added;
2. Junction box type; Nowadays, this wiring method is widely used, using DIN connectors. The control system is not affected regardless of the distance between them, without breaking wires in the middle, and without adding nodes.
2、 According to the type of coil, there are three common types: single coil switch control (90% of the market is this type), single coil self stick type, and double coil self stick type;
1. Single coil switch operated wiring, which is common, whether it is lead type or junction box type, is three wires;
① If it is DC power, such as DC24V control, the positive pole, negative pole, and grounding wire are not distinguished between positive and negative poles, remember not to distinguish between positive and negative poles!
② If it is controlled by AC power such as AC220V, the zero line, front line, and ground line are not distinguished, and similarly, the zero front line is not distinguished;
2. Single coil self operated solenoid valve wiring; This type is only used for DC control systems, with three wires, A, B, and C respectively, with B being the common terminal between them;
① A is connected to the positive pole, B is connected to the negative pole, and the solenoid valve is opened. After the power is cut off, the solenoid valve remains open. At this time, the solenoid valve does not need to be maintained by electricity;
② C is connected to the positive pole, B is connected to the negative pole, and the solenoid valve is closed. After the power is cut off, the solenoid valve remains closed. Similarly, at this moment, the solenoid valve does not consume electricity;

3. Double coil self adhering control type wiring; The control principle is equivalent to the single coil self stick type, but this uses switch independent coil control, which is mostly used for pulse control in the fields of high-temperature solenoid valves and high-pressure solenoid valves;
Equivalent to two sets of single coil switch operated wiring, with only one coil operating one condition. After a power outage, the valve will stick, and the top coil will be powered on - the solenoid valve will flip open, while the side coil will be powered on - the solenoid valve will be closed.
