Slow opening valves are used to safely establish pressure and provide safety protection in pneumatic systems. The input P of the intake and slow opening valves is connected. If the coil is energized, the three port two position valve opens. At this time, a small amount of air passes through the throttle valve to output A, causing the system pressure to slowly establish; When the output pressure is equal to half of the input pressure, the slow opening valve is fully opened, and the flow rate reaches its maximum. When the coil is powered off, the intake P is closed, and the air returns to the R port through the one-way valve for rapid discharge. The system pressure drops to zero, providing safety protection for the entire system.

The speed adjustment screws at the " " and "-" positions at the bottom of the slow opening valve should be manually adjusted according to the starting speed requirements. Only slow adjustment is allowed, and excessive force may cause sudden actuation of the slow opening valve or system.
